Head of Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement About the Company Prominent human services agency Industry Civic & Social Organization Type Non Profit About the Role The Company is in search of a Head of Talent to lead its mission of workforce excellence and personalized care. The successful candidate will be an experienced HR leader with a focus on talent acquisition and employer branding, adept at guiding recruitment teams and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. This role is pivotal in shaping and promoting the organization's employer brand, driving recruitment marketing campaigns, and ensuring a diverse and high-quality candidate pool. The Head of Talent will also be responsible for creating and overseeing a structured onboarding program, launching initiatives to enhance employee engagement, and working closely with HR and leadership to identify and implement cultural improvements. The ideal candidate for the Head of Talent position at the company is a strategic thinker with a creative approach to employee engagement and culture initiatives. They should be a confident communicator, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role is defined by a recognized employer brand, smooth onboarding experiences, increased employee satisfaction and retention, and strong partnerships that enhance talent acquisition efforts. The Head of Talent will be the champion of workforce excellence, ensuring that the mission-driven team is supported, empowered, and aligned with the values of the organization.
