We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our elite team at BrightCare Home Care. As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality, individualized care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing) to clients
Assist with mobility and transfer assistance
Perform light housekeeping and meal prep tasks
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
Provide care with dignity and respect to seniors and individuals with disabilities

Requirements:

3+ years of professional caregiving experience
CNA, HHA, or experienced caregiver
Positive attitude and genuine heart for service
Strong work ethic – reliable, punctual, consistent
Proven history of showing up on time and not calling out
Ability to provide compassionate care in a home setting
Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
