Clinical Operations Specialist Location: Kansas City, MO 64114 Pay: $22.65 - $27.65 per hour Contract Length: 3 Months (Potential for Extension and/or Conversion Based on Performance and Business Needs) The Fountain Group is hiring for a prominent healthcare client! Position Overview As a Clinical Operations Specialist , you will partner with assigned healthcare clinics to improve operational performance through data analysis, coaching, and process improvement. You'll review clinic performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, provide guidance to clinic staff, and help drive measurable operational success. This role combines administrative support, data analysis, coaching, and project coordination while working closely with internal teams and clinic stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Partner with assigned healthcare clinics to improve operational performance Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Conduct coaching sessions and provide guidance to clinic staff Monitor key performance indicators and track progress against improvement plans Maintain accurate documentation, coaching notes, and performance records Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting Collaborate with Operations, Training, and internal teams to resolve performance challenges Support clinic-specific improvement initiatives Deliver training sessions and presentations for small groups Reinforce standard operating procedures and operational best practices Required Qualifications Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy Fast and accurate data entry skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word Ability to build relationships and influence others in a collaborative environment Preferred Qualifications 0–1 years of experience in healthcare operations, customer support, administrative support, data entry, or clinical programs Experience working with healthcare providers is a plus Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM system is preferred but not required Why Apply?
