This full-time, on-site position involves managing staffing, optimizing patient flow, and ensuring effective utilization of operating room resources while providing and supervising exceptional surgical nursing care.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and patient flow within the surgical department.
• Oversee the utilization of operating rooms to maximize efficiency.
• Act as a clinical resource for surgeons and anesthesia providers.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and infection control measures.
• Mentor and support nursing staff in their professional development.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma.
