Responsibilities We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2.5-5 years of experience in defending medical malpractice claims. Candidates should have experience in taking and defending depositions, and be able to work a case from notice of claim through trial. Attention to detail and strong communication and writing skills are essential. Qualifications Florida Bar Admission is required.
