About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to take on a pivotal role in a newly created position with a focus on shaping the future HR strategy. The successful candidate will be instrumental in acquisition due diligence, integration planning, and cultural alignment across newly acquired entities. This is a unique opportunity to build a scalable HR infrastructure from the ground up, influence company culture, and drive employee engagement during a transformative stage of growth. The CHRO will also be responsible for connecting teams, eliminating silos, and creating a unified people strategy in an entrepreneurial environment. Key responsibilities for the CHRO include leading all HR functions across multiple locations, serving as a strategic advisor to the executive team on organizational growth and workforce planning, and overseeing the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have significant HR leadership experience, with a proven track record in supporting private equity-backed organizations, particularly in high-growth and acquisition-driven environments. Experience in the manufacturing industry, including knowledge of benefits administration, compliance, and workforce strategy, is essential. The role demands a strategic leader who can make decisions, drive change, and see immediate impact, with the potential for future advancement as the organization continues to expand its portfolio of companies.
