Restoration Foreman Are you a hands-on, safety-oriented leader who takes pride in getting a job site back to better-than-new condition? If you have experience running asphalt and concrete restoration crews and a passion for quality craftsmanship, we want you on our team!Position Overview:  As a Restoration Foreman you'll take charge of restoration crews in your designated area, ensuring every site is restored safely, cleanly, on time, and to spec. You'll be the driving force behind daily field operations, leading your crew through every phase of the job.Responsibilities will include: Lead and supervise field crews performing asphalt paving, patching, and concrete restoration workRead and interpret project specs, blueprints, and work orders to guide daily crew activitiesCoordinate materials, equipment, and manpower to keep restoration work on scheduleEnsure all restoration work meets company safety standards, quality requirements, and municipality/customer specificationsTrain and mentor crew members on proper restoration techniques and equipment useCommunicate daily progress, site conditions, and issues to project managers and customersMaintain accurate daily reports, material tickets, and crew timekeeping recordsCoordinate with municipalities, utility locators, and other stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely restorationIdentify and resolve field issues quickly to keep projects moving without compromising qualityAlways maintain a clean and professional job siteQualifications: 3+ years of experience as a foreman or crew lead in asphalt and/or concrete restoration (preferably both)Strong knowledge of restoration techniques, materials, and equipmentAbility to read blueprints, specs, and work ordersProven ability to manage a crew and multiple site priorities in a fast-paced environmentValid driver's license (CDL a plus)OSHA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Strong communication and problem-solving skills Additional Information: Primarily field-based position with travel between job sitesOpportunity to work on large-scale utility and infrastructure restoration projects Why You'll Love Working Here:Innovation & Growth – Be part of a forward-thinking company that values safety first, people, and quality craftsmanshipCareer Development – We invest in your future with opportunities to advance and grow within the organizationTeamwork & Collaboration – Work in a supportive, intercompany environment that fosters success across construction and restoration projectsCompetitive Compensation – We offer a strong hourly rate and benefits package that recognizes your expertise and contributions Our Benefits: At Cannon Companies, we take care of our team.
