Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist drives consistent communication and campaigns that nurture Compass clients and prospects into booked, qualified appointments. This role owns the creative, copywriting, and campaign execution across newsletters, emails, landing pages, ads coordination, content calendars, and event communications.

Through persuasive and branded messaging, the Specialist ensures Compass’ brand image and communications promote pipeline-driving ROI — filling seats at seminars, boosting webinar show rates, and converting leads into warm appointments for advisors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign & Communication Execution

• Write, design, and schedule newsletters, nurture emails, and event invitations.
• Build landing pages and registration funnels.
• Segment lists to ensure the right message reaches the right person.
• Maintain a scheduled prospect nurture cadence, including automated emails, one-off emails, and physical sales letters.

2. Content Calendar & Messaging

• Plan and publish a quarterly content calendar, including email nurturing for prospects and clients, social media posts, event invitation mailers, and physical newsletters and sales letters.
• Ensure all marketing efforts contribute to the company’s goals and provide a high return on investment (ROI).
• Repurpose CEO videos, advisor insights, and event photos into content that grows and nurtures the pipeline.

3. Web Presence

• Coordinate with external website vendor to facilitate updates
• Manage Google My Business profile and other online listings

4. Event Marketing

• Support client events: save-the-dates, invitations, and confirmations.
• Support webinar lead generation and attendance: creative assets, nurture emails, webinar reminders, replay follow-ups.
• Support dinner seminar registration and follow-up as-needed: landing pages, reminder emails, confirmation flows, and follow-up emails.

5. Coordination & Alignment

• Collaborate with advisors for storytelling, testimonials, and event input.
• Report weekly updates and monthly/annual reports on digital marketing performance and revenue impact.

6. Reporting & Optimization

• Track campaign performance (open rates, click-throughs, conversions, appointments, revenue attribution).
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, copy, CTAs, and landing page headlines.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve results.
