Field Sales Representative – Specialty Healthcare About The Opportunity Our client is a growing healthcare organization specializing in complex specialty therapies and infusion services. They are seeking a field-based sales professional to develop relationships with healthcare providers, generate patient referrals, and drive growth across an assigned Toledo, OH territory. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare referral sources Generate new patient referrals and identify opportunities to increase territory revenue and market share Create and execute strategic territory plans to achieve business development goals Educate healthcare providers on specialty therapies and services through meetings, presentations, and other outreach Partner with clinical, pharmacy, intake, and operations teams to support patient needs and ensure a seamless referral process Monitor territory performance, sales activity, referral trends, and market opportunities Build knowledge of relevant disease states, specialty therapies, reimbursement, and patient access considerations Maintain accurate CRM records and document sales activity and referral information Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and broader business development initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, specialty pharmacy, infusion, pharmaceuticals, biologics, or a related field Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and business development goals Experience developing relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, or specialty practices Specialty experience in infusion, IVIG, immunology, neurology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, rare disease, biologics, or specialty pharmacy highly preferred Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement or patient access is a plus Strong communication, presentation, organization, and territory management skills Ability to work independently and effectively manage a field-based territory Compensation & Benefits $115,000-$135,000 base salary + commission Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Life and disability insurance Professional development opportunities Wellness resources and employee referral program , #J-18808-Ljbffr Crawford Thomas Recruiting
