Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education, training, and professional experience to conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and formulate independent, informed diagnoses for patients.

• Employ evidence-based behavioral interventions to enhance patient outcomes, such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive-behavioral techniques.

• Actively engage in interdisciplinary teamwork by coordinating with psychologists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

• Monitor patient progress regularly and systematically track treatment responses, adjusting care plans as necessary to meet evolving behavioral health needs.

• Support medication management processes by assessing patients’ adherence, monitoring side effects, and evaluating the effectiveness of prescribed psychotropic medications.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, you will be eligible for an annual incentive bonus, which rewards your hard work and dedication.
