Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and psychotherapy.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting clear, measurable goals and monitoring progress through regular assessments.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions that encourage open dialogue, providing a safe space for clients to express emotions and challenges they face.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring seamless integration of services and supports.

• Provide timely crisis intervention support to families experiencing acute mental health challenges, helping them stabilize situations and resolve conflicts effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on providing support to children and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will play a vital role in guiding clients through difficult times and helping them build coping strategies for sustained mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
\n
• Current active state licensure in Washington as either a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a therapeutic setting, particularly with children and families.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience working in telehealth environments, demonstrating proficiency with technology and teletherapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
