Digital Product Manager

One of America's largest retailers is seeking a Digital Product Manager to revolutionize their Used Unit Acquisition division. This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation and growth in a dynamic market while working with cutting-edge technology and systems. This role combines strategic leadership with technical expertise to optimize the complete acquisition lifecycle.

Note: Candidates based in Chicago will have the option to work from either Chicago or Lincolnshire headquarters, with a hybrid work schedule of two to three days per week in the office. (Option for remote work for candidates out-of-state.)

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Own the complete lifecycle of digital acquisition processes
Develop innovative solutions to streamline operations
Build and optimize performance metrics
Lead cross-functional initiatives with marketing, sales, and operations teams

Technical Innovation

Partner with development teams to enhance digital platforms
Drive CRM system optimization and integration
Design and implement robust tracking systems
Create comprehensive reporting frameworks

Process Optimization

Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks
Implement feedback mechanisms to improve user experience
Develop scalable solutions for business growth
Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of progressive product management experience
Proven track record of successful digital product launches
Strong background in CRM implementation and optimization
