Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed TWIC Badge Driver in Deer Park, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in the job state. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $14.75 / Hour Job Schedule Driver's License and TWIC required DayTimeThur06:00 PM - 06:00 AMFri06:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate at a chemical and petrochemical location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing authorized visitors and contractors, and documenting entry and exit activity in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel as directed. Prepare accurate reports, maintain activity logs, and communicate observations or security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives. Minimum Requirements A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. Possess a TSA-issued TWIC. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
