You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $14.50 / Hour Driver's License & TWIC Required Job Schedule: DayTimeTue01:00 PM - 09:00 PMSun05:00 AM - 01:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a utility operations location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, operational areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter boundaries, reporting unusual conditions or potential hazards. Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing authorized visitors and contractors, and documenting entries and departures in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while helping to deter unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Possess a TSA-issued TWIC. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A Guard Card/License is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
