Commercial Pricing Manager

Why this role matters: We are looking for a Pricing Analyst, based in the US who will take ownership of the commercial strategy and price definition of our Existing Apps Products. This role will be responsible for defining a competitive pricing strategy and discount policy, working closely with Product Managers, Product Marketing and Sales teams. It requires a constant review of the competitive landscape and industry trends. Close collaboration with Deal Desk is needed to structure complex deals and analyse performance trends. Your key responsibilities: Take ownership of the Default Pricing and Pre‑approved Pricing frameworks. Provide analysis around trends in customer requests and pricing. Take action on trends revealed, driving changes in pricing and costs. Streamline and improve business practices, including tools, templates and processes, to increase the efficiency of the Deal Desk & Pricing team. Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to improve product performance and operational efficiency. Define and manage projects to deliver further operational efficiencies. Support the Product team to define, develop and implement the Pricing Strategy of new products. What you’ll bring: Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Economics, Math or Engineering undergrad majors preferred. 2‑5 years of experience in a rapidly changing, deadline‑based position involving daily interaction with multiple levels of management and peers. Pricing Analyst experience preferred. Strong analytical skills. Problem‑solving skills. Excellent Excel and data manipulation skills. Desired Characteristics You are a self‑starter, initiator.
