Grow.Do you love working with young children-but also have a passion for leading people, building great programs, and making a real impact?Twist N Flip Gymnastics is looking for an energetic, organized, and experienced Head Coach – Preschool Program to lead and grow our Preschool Academy and Preschool Gymnastics programs at our Rotterdam location.This is more than a coaching position. You will have ownership of the preschool experience, helping shape curriculum, develop coaches, strengthen relationships with families, and grow one of the most important programs in our gym.We're looking for someone who can step into a leadership role, work independently, hold a high standard, and bring out the best in the people around them.What You'll DoLead & Grow the Preschool ProgramTake ownership of the Preschool Academy and Preschool Gymnastics programs.Partner with the Location Director and Owners to establish enrollment, retention, and program goals.Monitor class performance and identify opportunities to improve enrollment, efficiency, and customer experience.Help create a preschool environment where children are excited to learn and families feel confident in our program.Support preschool events and activities that encourage enrollment and retention.Coach & Build an Exceptional CurriculumCoach Preschool Academy and Preschool Gymnastics classes.Create bi-weekly lesson plans that are engaging, age-appropriate, progressive, and aligned with TNF standards.Ensure coaching staff understand and can confidently execute lesson plans.Teach skills progressively, prioritizing safety, development, confidence, and fun.Organize activities that support children's physical, social, and developmental growth.Float between classes to support coaches, students, and families and address issues as they arise.Lead & Develop Your Coaching TeamMentor, train, and support preschool coaches.Ensure staff maintain required TNF certifications and participate in ongoing training.Conduct quality-control observations and provide constructive coaching and feedback.Present preschool-specific training and updates during monthly staff meetings.Recognize great performance and address challenges quickly, professionally, and privately.Help create a team culture that is positive, accountable, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement.Build Strong Family RelationshipsWelcome new students and help them transition comfortably into the program.Maintain consistent, professional communication with parents and caregivers.Be visible and approachable during class hours.Listen to families, address concerns, and help create an exceptional customer experience.Stay Organized & AccountableComplete lesson plans, quality-control checklists, staff training documentation, reports, and other administrative responsibilities on time.Accurately track time worked.Complete administrative responsibilities during designated non-class hours.Assist with purchasing and maintaining preschool props, equipment, and decorations.Cover classes and participate in Saturday events as needed, including approximately one Saturday event per month.Your Typical WeekThis position averages 28–32 hours per week, with a combination of coaching, leadership, planning, training, and administrative responsibilities.Typical responsibilities include:Preschool Academy: Approximately 6 hours/weekPreschool Gymnastics & class support: Approximately 12–16 hours/weekLeadership, planning, training & administration: Approximately 10 hours/weekRegular availability is required Tuesday–Thursday from approximately 9:30 AM–12:00 PM for Preschool Academy programming, along with evening Preschool Gymnastics classes.What We're Looking ForYou may be a great fit if you things the right way.Required QualificationsCompletion of all required TNF certifications.At least 2 years of coaching and/or leadership experience.Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and support a
