Swim InstructorJoin Our Aquatics Team!We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate Swim Instructors to join our aquatics team. If you love working with people and enjoy helping swimmers build confidence, develop skills, and become safer in and around the water, we would love to hear from you!About the PositionOur Swim Instructors teach swimmers of all ages, ability levels, and needs from beginners learning the fundamentals to more advanced swimmers looking to improve their technique.We are looking for reliable instructors who can create a positive, encouraging, and engaging learning environment while adapting instruction to meet each swimmer's individual needs.ResponsibilitiesTeach private, semi-private, and group swim lessonsProvide instruction to swimmers of various ages and skill levelsAdapt teaching techniques to accommodate individual learning styles and abilitiesMaintain a safe, positive, and welcoming pool environmentCommunicate effectively with swimmers and parents/guardiansProvide constructive feedback and track swimmer progressArrive prepared and on time for scheduled lessonsFollow all facility safety policies and proceduresQualificationsApplicants must meet at least one of the following:CPR Certification Additional certifications, aquatic experience, or experience working with children and adults are a plus.The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who:Has a genuine passion for teaching people how to swimIs patient, encouraging, and enthusiasticEnjoys working with children, teens, and adultsIs comfortable teaching swimmers of varying abilitiesIs dependable and professionalCan create a fun and supportive learning environmentHas experience in or interest in learning how to teach special needs lessonsTakes pride in helping swimmers reach their goalsLifeguard (LG) certification3+ years of experience teaching swim lessonsWhy Join Our Team?You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping swimmers develop water safety, confidence, independence, and lifelong swimming skills.Whether you're an experienced instructor or an experienced lifeguard looking to expand your teaching skills, we want to hear from you!Interested in joining our team?
