Commercial Real Estate Assistant

Vaco is working with aleader in commercial real estate , specializing in property management and strategic asset growth. We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support their operations and ensure seamless management of theirportfolio. ONSITE - $50,000 - $60,000
Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day property management tasks, including lease administration and tenant relations.
• Coordinate maintenance requests , work orders, and vendor services.
• Conduct market research and assist in property evaluations.
• Prepare and organize lease agreements, contracts, and financial reports .
• Maintain accurate property records and documentation .
• Communicate with tenants, property owners, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Support leasing efforts, including marketing materials and property showings.
• Help with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate, property management, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills .
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi).
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate terminology and industry practices is a plus.
