Job Description Support HR initiatives for Schneider Electric's Smyrna manufacturing facility Assist with recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes Support employee learning and development programs Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns Help coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and plant events Participate in employee committees, including One Voice and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives Assist with career fairs and community recruiting events Partner with the HR Manager on daily HR operations and administrative tasks Support employee relations matters, onboarding/offboarding activities, and conflict resolution efforts We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
