Pay: $25-$27/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Location: 100% Onsite

About the Opportunity

We're seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Representative to join a growing team that supports customers nationwide. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3+ years of office, customer service, order processing, or administrative experience who enjoys helping customers, managing orders, and keeping information organized and accurate.

You'll serve as a key point of contact for customers while supporting order entry, account maintenance, and day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Monitor and manage shared email inboxes
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Enter, update, and maintain customer information in internal systems
• Create and maintain customer accounts
• Update customer records within CRM and ERP platforms
• Assist customers with product availability, pricing, and order status questions
• Route technical inquiries to the appropriate team members
• Facilitate product returns and shipment tracking requests
• Perform order audits and ensure daily order accuracy
• Support general office and administrative functions
• Escalate complex customer issues while providing necessary background information

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-3+ years of customer service, order processing, administrative, or office experience
• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Comfortable learning and working within CRM, ERP, and other business systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
