Entry Level Customer Service (WFH)

Job Title

Our organization works alongside unions, credit unions, and established membership groups throughout North America, helping individuals and families access programs intended to provide additional protection and financial confidence.

Position Overview

You'll work directly with members who have expressed interest in learning more about programs available to them.

Through scheduled virtual conversations, you'll learn about each member's circumstances, explain relevant options, answer questions, and help make the process as straightforward as possible.

Because the position is fully remote, you'll handle appointments, communication, documentation, and team collaboration online. You'll have independence in your day-to-day work while receiving ongoing guidance, coaching, and support from your team.

Your Responsibilities

• Meet with members through video conferencing and telephone appointments.
• Ask questions and listen carefully to understand individual priorities.
• Present available information in a clear and professional manner.
• Help members navigate their options and make informed choices.
• Maintain accurate electronic notes, files, and documentation.
• Follow up with members and provide continued assistance when needed.
• Participate in regular team meetings, coaching, and skills development.
• Work collaboratively toward individual and team objectives.
• Help identify ways to improve communication, organization, and the overall member experience.

What We're Looking For

• Authorized to work in Canada or the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working with Zoom, email, online scheduling, and other digital platforms.
• Strong listening and conversational skills.
• Professional and comfortable communicating with different personalities.
• Organized, dependable, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
• Willing to learn and receptive to coaching and feedback.
• Previous customer-facing experience can be helpful, but industry experience is not required.
