Employee Relations Consultant

Responsibilities Assess and help resolve employee issues while providing recommendations to mitigate risk Address gaps in perception, understanding, or performance expectations between employees and management Recommend solutions that align with JLL's commitment to fair and equitable treatment Actively promote collaboration and help all business lines and HR Centers of Excellence Contribute to the creation of training programs, tools, templates, processes, reference materials Report directly to the US Head of Employee Relations Provide guidance and support to the performance team and HR colleagues Partner with the ER Lead to oversee and advise on workforce reduction initiatives Conduct investigations of potential employment law violations Independently resolve complex ER cases by gathering and analyzing relevant information Consult, guide, coach, and advise senior executives, HR Business Partners, and HR Leadership Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial or Labor Relations or related field (Post-graduate HR or Legal experience preferred) 5+ years of employee relations experience Extensive knowledge of employment, wage, and hour, FMLA, and EEO laws and regulations Expertise in internal investigation principles Strong project management skills Skilled in gathering, synthesizing, analyzing, and reporting ER data Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Teams, and other telecommunications software Familiarity with HR systems such as Navex, ServiceNow, or Workday Bilingual Spanish Speaker is preferred, but not required Hard Skills employee relations internal investigation principles project management data analysis employment law FMLA EEO laws wage and hour regulations HR systems Soft Skills collaboration coaching guidance communication problem-solving Certifications & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR Post-graduate HR or Legal experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
