Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, facilitating personalized treatment plans that align with their unique circumstances.

• Provide one-on-one counseling and therapeutic support to clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to grief and trauma, ensuring a tailored approach to each individual.

• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to reflect their evolving needs and circumstances.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, including assessing suicide risk and offering immediate support during critical moments.

In this role, you will support clients primarily in hospice settings. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
