Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand patient needs thoroughly.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific goals, cultural context, and mental health needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in both remote and face-to-face formats including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services and ensure seamless continuity of care by collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

• Document all clinical interactions meticulously, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and legal guidelines.

• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and their families, equipping them with essential skills and knowledge for better management of their mental health conditions.

• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes and modify therapeutic approaches based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated on current trends, research findings, and best practices within the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
