Key Responsibilities\n

The ideal candidate will actively engage in the following responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews to understand the unique needs of each client.

• Develop tailored treatment plans collaboratively with patients that address individual goals and cultural factors, ensuring interventions are holistic and effective.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in settings that may include individual and family therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services, working closely with other healthcare professionals to alleviate acute distress for patients and their families.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that complies with clinic policies and regulatory standards, encompassing progress notes and treatment summaries.

• Deliver psychoeducation to empower patients and their families with the knowledge and tools necessary for effective mental health management.

• Collaborate with a comprehensive multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses to ensure quality care across all aspects of patient treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
