Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker within our organization, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments that identify mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions based on best practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that interventions are adapted to meet diverse client preferences.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient confidentiality and foster ethical practice.

• Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to formulate holistic treatment plans for clients.

Qualifications\n

Candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in a clinical social work setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
