Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Perform biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations to develop tailored, individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with The Still Point, you will primarily serve clients in hospice care. This population often requires sensitive and compassionate support as they navigate profound emotional and relational challenges associated with end-of-life care. Your role will focus on helping clients and their families manage grief, loss, and complex emotions during this critical time, while applying trauma-informed care principles to effectively address their needs.

Qualifications\n

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in California, in good standing.

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field.

• At least 1-2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, demonstrating competency in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000.00 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
