Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Serene Paths Psychotherapy, you will undertake the following key responsibilities:

• Employ a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring they are tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that each client's progress is meticulously recorded.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and share insights during case consultations, contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

• Educate patients and their families about various mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value the dedication and hard work of our team members and offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year.
