Company: South Florida's Window & Door Specialist selling High Impact Hurricane Windows and Doors. The leader in providing quality products needed to make homes beautiful, safe and energy efficient. Servicing Miami Dade, and Broward Palm Beach Counties providing windows, doors, and roofing.

Position: Proximity Marketing Manager / Canvassing Manager

We are hiring an experienced canvassing leader to lead and grow a door-to-door team. This is a high-earning leadership role offering base salary, commission, and overrides .

Lead, train, and grow a door-to-door canvassing team with Florida's Best Window Company

and earn $125,000–$250,000 per year.

Role Highlights:

• $125,000–$250,000 annual earning potential

• Base salary, commission, overrides

• Full-time leadership opportunity

• Join an established home improvement company providing windows, roofing and bathrooms

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and manage canvassers

• Lead team meetings and field coaching

• Plan neighborhoods, routes, and daily activity

• Track production and help the team improve results

Requirements:

• Proven canvassing management experience required

• Experience leading door-to-door teams

• Strong recruiting, coaching, and leadership skills

• Home improvement or related industry experience

Compensation:

• Base salary, commission, and team overrides

• Earn $100,000–$250,000 per year
