Hospital Unit Secretary: Patient Care Concierge

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a dedicated Unit Secretary to greet patients and coordinate information at the nurses’ station. You’ll support physicians, nurses, and other staff and help ensure smooth patient flow in a busy hospital unit. This role requires excellent communication and computer skills, with prior unit secretary experience preferred.
