Our client is a leading provider of probate, inheritance and estate advances. Serving a national consumer market providing cash advances to consumers awaiting an inheritance tied up in probate court. The company is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and seeks motivated sales professionals to join their growing team.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $45,000–$50,000 plus OTE $100k

What You’ll Do

• High volume of inbound and outbound consumer calls with professionalism, respect, and empathy
• Build strong, positive relationships with customers nationwide
• Develop customer relationships, and close transactions that help customers meet their objectives
• Track all sales activities in a CRM system
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
• Collaborate with managers and co‑workers, and later mentoring newer hires

What We’re Looking For

• Strong cold caller
• No prior probate or estate law knowledge required
• Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills
• Good judgment, patience, and excellent listening skills
• Ability to manage sales opportunities from first contact to closure
