Position Overview We’re looking for a Water Restoration Technician who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and takes pride in restoring properties to their former glory. What You’ll Do: Respond quickly to water damage emergencies Extract water, dry structures, and prevent mold growth Assess damage and communicate restoration plans to customers Use advanced equipment and techniques to restore properties Work closely with team members and provide top-notch customer service What We’re Looking For: Hardworking and dependable team player Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work in varying conditions and lift heavy equipment Ability and willingness to work in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces when necessary Experience in water damage restoration (preferred, but not required – we train!) Valid driver’s license and ability to be on call for emergency response Physical Demands and Working Conditions Incumbent must be prepared to: Move up to 70 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects. Must be able to wear a respirator and safety gear when job conditions warrant.
