Product /Business Analyst

Role Description

We have an excellent opportunity for the position of Product / Business Analyst.

• Duration: 12 Months
• Location: Indianapolis, IN - Remote

Qualifications

• Requires a BS/BA degree and a minimum of 4 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
• Experience in standard Business Information tools and programming/query languages required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• At least 10 years of experience as a business analyst in a product development environment (preferred).
• Experience with product development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum (preferred).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks (preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment (preferred).

Requirements

• Manage Work Front requests and actively manage reporting team's backlog.
• Learn the customer needs and evaluate progress at each stage of development.
• Develop a deep understanding of current & future needs of our internal clients.
• Communicate with stakeholders on a regular basis to build and foster relationships.
• Lead resolution of project issues, focusing on the end product to ensure that it meets expectations.
• Oversee project execution and support reporting team in managing client expectations across constraints such as scope, quality, and time.
