Medical Receptionist
ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hmi, one of the nation's largest ENT, Allergy, and Audiology medical practices, is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for our Williamsburg office location.
Hourly: $21/hr
Job Duties
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Assisting incoming patients
- Verifying insurance coverage
- Entering patient demographics into the computer
- Pulling and filing medical charts
- Assisting the office manager and physicians as needed. Most importantly, you will be the face of our practice for the many patients who need our help
Job Requirements
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Epic experience is a plus.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance a plus
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
Required Rotating Schedule
- Monday: 7:45am-5:00pm/8:00am-6:00pm/10:00am-7:00pm
- Tuesday: 7:45am-4:20pm/8:30am-5:00pm/9:30am-5:30pm
- Wednesday: 7:45am-5:15pm/8:15am-5:00pm/9:00am-5:30pm
- Thursday: 7:45am-4:00pm/8:00am-4:30pm/9:00am-6:00pm
- Friday: 7:45am-3:00pm/8:00am-3:00pm/9:00am-6:00pm
- Saturday's (1-2 per month) - 8:00am - 12:30pm
*Please note: schedule subject to change based on physician schedules.
