Research Coordinator I

Serving as a primary point of contact for potential research study participants, the full-time hourly Research Coordinator I will screen and qualify donors, manage participant enrollment, and coordinate study visits while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Manage inquiries and coordinate participant enrollment for translational research studies, ensuring compliance with study protocols Schedule and confirm study visits, providing clear communication and support to participants throughout the process Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor participant enrollment and resolve any scheduling issues proactively Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a life science or related field 1-2 years of experience in a project management or operations coordinator role Proficiency in general software tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication abilities
