Research Coordinator
Confidential Hedge Fund
Our client is a top-performing hedge fund that’s hiring a research coordinator for its growing equities business. The team is collaborative and fast-paced, and the recently launched firm has already built an impressive track record! The role is supporting several senior team members, with strong total compensation and provides a unique opportunity to join an expanding team at an early stage.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to 3–4 senior members of the Equities team
- Heavy calendar management, scheduling across time zones
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and expenses
- Act as a trusted partner to the team, anticipating needs and managing priorities
- Support a fast-paced, high-touch environment with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
- Prior experience supporting senior professionals in finance, investment management, or a similarly fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional, proactive, and collaborative approach
- Ability to work on-site 5 days per week
