Accounts Payable Clerk Location: Stanton, CA Position Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $24.00/hr Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance About the Company Join a stable, established team that has been thriving in Stanton for over 50 years! - Financial Processing: Sort daily mail, scan incoming payments, and process bank deposits.
- Batch Auditing: Audit and verify batches of checks sent in from surrounding locations for accuracy.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile recurring monthly bills, with a focus on Insurance and Union Dues.
- Team Collaboration: Assist with general accounting operations and support the team as day-to-day needs evolve.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Core Experience: Previous Accounts Payable experience gained either through hands-on work history or formal accounting coursework (we are open to both!).
- Bonus Skills: Accounts Receivable (A/R) experience is a major plus.
- Culture Fit: An outgoing, team-first personality with a positive, "can-do" attitude-someone who takes pride in their work and is eager to jump in wherever needed.
