Join Chick-fil-A Greenfield as we look for the right person to fill our Administrative Assistant position. You will work closely with our Operator, Operating Partner, and Leadership Team to support the administrative needs of our $8+ million business. You will help maintain reliable systems, communicate clearly, ensure bills are paid accurately and on time, and keep our administrative spaces and records pristine. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to help people and a business succeed. You will work in a fun, fast-paced environment while gaining exposure to the systems, people, and processes involved in running a successful Restaurant. Responsibilities Ensure 100% on-time, accurate bill payment and maintain supporting documentation Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization in office areas, files, supplies, and administrative spaces Provide administrative support to the Operator, Operating Partner, and Leadership Team Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly with Team Members, leaders, and vendors Manage calendars, meetings, schedules, reminders, and follow-up Maintain organized records, documents, and administrative systems Support interview scheduling, onboarding paperwork, and other HR administrative processes Prepare reports, meeting materials, spreadsheets, and communications Track deadlines and assigned projects to ensure timely completion Handle confidential Team Member and business information with discretion Qualifications Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Dependable, self-motivated, and proactive with excellent follow-through Comfortable handling invoices, documents, and multiple deadlines accurately Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality Comfortable using technology and learning new systems Administrative, office management, or similar experience preferred but not required Emb…?
