Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize online sales processes to achieve aggressive sales goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internet leads and customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Serve as Sales Manager when necessary, providing leadership and support.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a top-performing internet sales manager.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with automotive sales or similar industries preferred.
- Leadership skills to support a backup sales manager role.
