This role is primarily remote but requires occasional visits to our hospice center in Plano, Texas. As a Licensed Master Social Worker at Tranquil Minds Wellness, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and caregivers, to provide coordinated care. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while accommodating client needs, including potential evening and weekend visits.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
