Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and available resources to inform effective treatment plans.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care, advocating for clients’ needs and preferences throughout the treatment process.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans to actively support clients in distress.

• Maintain rigorous, timely documentation that complies with legal, ethical, and organizational standards to ensure high-quality care and accountability.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, creating a safe, interactive environment for clients to share and learn.
