Work Environment\n

This is a full-time, remote position focused on serving students at various educational facilities. While the majority of your work will be conducted from home, you may be required to visit schools and engage with students and faculty in person, enhancing your understanding of their environments. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the potential for flexibility depending on client needs and school schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Master Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments of students to identify emotional, social, and academic needs.

• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement individualized care plans that align with students’ goals.

• Providing counseling services to students facing life transitions, bullying, or emotional challenges, fostering resilience and coping strategies.

• Advocating for students’ access to educational resources and community services that support their academic and personal growth.
\n
• Facilitating workshops and training sessions for faculty and staff on recognizing and addressing mental health issues in students.

• Regularly monitoring and evaluating the progress of students, adjusting care plans as necessary to reflect their evolving needs.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation of client interactions, assessments, and care plans in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on the student population within the schools we serve, ranging from elementary through high school. You will engage with diverse student backgrounds, addressing unique cultural, socioeconomic, and familial factors that influence their emotional and academic experiences. Your work will be integral in helping students overcome barriers to success, contributing to their educational and social development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).

• Minimum of two years of experience in a social work role, with a preference for experience in school or community settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
