Commercial Lines Account Manager

Assisting the Account Executive in marketing and servicing clients, the full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager will build client relationships, process insurance documents, and manage client inquiries in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Assist in marketing and servicing clients within the account team Process invoices, endorsements, and insurance binders while maintaining client communication Update systems with policy changes and generate necessary documentation for clients Required qualifications 2-3 years of insurance experience Basic knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance coverage Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applied/Epic systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and client needs effectively Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
