Minimum three (3) years FTE experience performing systems analysis, design, and documentation on an IT software development project. Experience performing systems analysis for a State IT project. Experience developing test scripts, conducting functional or systems integration testing, and managing defects for an IT project. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
