Systems Analyst

Job Summary: The Payroll Manager serves as a UKG Time and Attendance Systems Analyst responsible for supporting the UKG Workforce Management implementation project. This role involves analyzing business and functional requirements, configuring UKG WFM modules, troubleshooting system issues, validating system functionality, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs. The position requires strong analytical skills and experience in system configuration and testing. Responsibilities: Analyze business and functional requirements for UKG Workforce Management solutions. Configure and troubleshoot UKG WFM modules to meet organizational needs. Support integration and end-to-end testing activities to validate system functionality. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system solutions align with business processes. Assist in compliance processes to facilitate timely project start and delivery. Required Skills & Certifications: Strong experience with UKG Workforce Management configuration and support. Ability to translate business and functional requirements into system solutions. Proficient in system troubleshooting, validation, and testing. High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Ability to work remotely within Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone. Preferred Skills & Certifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Special Considerations: Remote work requirement with candidate located in the Pacific Standard Time zone. Must be able to start ASAP and complete compliance processes quickly. Work schedule Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. Scheduling: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. #J-18808-Ljbffr vTech Solution
