Qualifications Community impact experience – 5+ years of successful experience in client services, nonprofit capacity building, fundraising, volunteer management, project management, program development and/or partnership and relationship management. Project management – You excel at project management from the large-picture planning to the fine details, and have demonstrated experience in taking a concept from idea to execution, working effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders – from corporate executives and nonprofit leaders to colleagues and volunteers.
