As we continue to scale our Amazon business, we are looking for an experienced, highly analytical Senior Amazon Ads Account Manager to take ownership of our Amazon advertising strategy and performance. As we continue to scale our Amazon business, we are looking for an experienced, highly analytical Senior Amazon Ads Account Manager to take ownership of our Amazon advertising strategy and performance. Role Description The Senior Amazon Ads Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Brooklyn, NY. This position will be responsible for developing, managing, and scaling PetsWorld’s Amazon advertising strategy while improving profitability, market share, and overall sales performance. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience managing significant Amazon advertising budgets and understands how to scale revenue without sacrificing efficiency. This is a performance-driven role requiring deep knowledge of Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, keyword strategy, campaign structure, bidding, promotions, and retail performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include:| Own and manage Amazon advertising strategy across the PetsWorld product portfolio. Build, optimize, and scale Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video, and Sponsored Display campaigns. Manage campaign budgets, bids, keyword targeting, product targeting, and placement strategies. Continuously improve ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, conversion rate, and overall advertising profitability . Identify opportunities to increase advertising spend on high-performing ASINs while maintaining profitability targets. Analyze search term, keyword, placement, competitor, and ASIN-level performance. Develop strategies for product launches, promotions, seasonal events, and high-priority ASINs. Use Amazon advertising and analytics platforms such as Pacvue, Helium 10, Seller Central, and Amazon Advertising Console . Monitor organic ranking, share of voice, competitive positioning, and advertising contribution to total sales. Work closely with the marketing, creative, inventory, and operations teams to ensure advertising strategies align with overall business goals. Identify underperforming campaigns and proactively implement solutions rather than simply reducing advertising spend. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights, recommendations, and action plans. Stay current on Amazon advertising updates, new campaign types, promotional opportunities, and marketplace best practices. Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on Amazon advertising experience , preferably managing established consumer brands. Strong experience managing and optimizing meaningful Amazon advertising budgets at scale. Advanced knowledge of Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Sponsored Brands Video . Experience with Pacvue, Helium 10, or similar Amazon advertising and analytics platforms. Strong understanding of ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, CVR, organic ranking, and contribution margin . Proven ability to scale Amazon sales while maintaining or improving advertising efficiency. Strong analytical skills and ability to turn large amounts of advertising and sales data into actionable strategies. Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for performance analysis and reporting. Experience with CPG, pet care, household products, or other high-volume consumer product categories is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, promotions, coupons, deals, and their relationship with advertising performance. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple ASINs, campaigns, budgets, and priorities simultaneously. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain performance, challenges, and recommended actions. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, eCommerce, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
