Role Description We are hiring an experienced Google Ads Account Manager to own client relationships and performance across a portfolio of high-value accounts. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for a practitioner who can manage strategy, execution, and communication end to end. You will be responsible for campaign planning, budget management, optimization, reporting, and stakeholder alignment across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, Video, and Demand Gen. The ideal candidate has strong experience operating within corporate account structures, including monthly invoicing, credit lines, and multi-account governance. You will work closely with internal strategists, analysts, and creative specialists, while serving as the primary point of accountability for account performance and growth. Qualifications Required: 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously Proven track record improving CPA, ROAS, and lead quality across Search, Performance Max, Display, and Video Strong expertise in conversion tracking, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution modeling Experience with budget planning, forecasting, and performance reporting for monthly spends of $50K+ Excellent client communication skills, with experience leading calls, QBRs, and performance reviews Advanced proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Looker Studio, and Excel / Google Sheets Ability to manage priorities across accounts while maintaining high execution standards Corporate Accounts and Credit Lines (Required): Hands-on experience managing corporate Google Ads accounts operating on monthly invoicing Working knowledge of Google Ads credit lines, including limit planning, spend pacing, and reconciliation Experience coordinating with Google Ads account representatives on billing, credit approvals, and escalations Proficiency in MCC management, access control, and policy compliance for enterprise structures Understanding of corporate procurement workflows, budget approvals, and month-end financial reporting Preferred: Active Google Ads certifications in Search, Display, Shopping, and Measurement Agency experience managing e-commerce, lead generation, and B2B clients Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce and offline conversion tracking Experience with international campaigns, multi-currency accounts, and localized strategies Knowledge of first-party data strategies, enhanced conversions, and Customer Match Key Competencies: Full ownership of client outcomes and account performance Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented working style Clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams Strong analytical judgment and data-driven decision making Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on optimization What We Offer Premium compensation starting at $220,000+ annually, plus performance-based incentives Remote-first role within the United States with flexible working hours Portfolio of established clients with meaningful budgets and growth potential Collaborative senior team across strategy, analytics, and creative Professional development, certifications support, and access to advanced tools #J-18808-Ljbffr Agency Upp
