Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our hospice center primarily serves patients dealing with terminal illnesses, where emotional and psychological support is crucial. You will be working with patients facing trauma, anxiety, and depression associated with end-of-life transitions. Your work will directly contribute to improving their quality of life, facilitating meaningful conversations about their wishes and experiences, and providing support to their families.

Qualifications\n

• Active LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Massachusetts.
