Key Responsibilities\n

The primary responsibilities of the Licensed Clinical Social Worker include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and strengths.

• Providing individual and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in conjunction with clients and other healthcare professionals.

• Facilitating crisis interventions, and providing risk assessments and safety planning as necessary.

• Documenting client interactions and treatment progress accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Leading psychoeducation sessions and therapeutic support groups to promote recovery and resilience among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population includes individuals dealing with substance use disorders, as well as co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
